American Kestrel

The smallest of the falcon family, Kestrels are often seen along roadside wires and fence posts. They are found year round through most of the US and throughout summer in most of Canada. This yarn is hand painted and over dyed so the Kestrel's spots will come through under the colours as it is worked.
